The Dillingham first edition, with a variant and very rare cover with an illustration featuring a large egg, a girl, a cat, and a mansion on a hill. Not the more common paste-on of the elephant. Front free endpaper detached. Slight cover soil, otherwise near fine. Containing six 1903 soft cover picture books (One Ring Circus, Zoo, Tom Thumb, ABC, Little Pigs and Jack and the Beanstalk). Boldly and wonderfully illustrated in full color throughout by Denslow. This is the only copy we know of with this cover illustration. Housed in a red cloth custom-made collector's slipcase.
