Current training programs aimed at headquarters staffs need to be revamped to focus on high-priority tasks that are amenable to training. Integrated operations require the U.S. military to work with other government agencies, organizations, and foreign militaries. Current headquarter-staff training needs to be revamped to focus on high-priority tasks. The study obkective of this work was to assist the Department of Defense increase its integrated operations proficency. The authors evaluated a variety of task types and provided assessment of decuation, exercises and training. Recommendations were also provided in this study prepared for the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Very good. No dust jacket as issued.
