Rebound in immaculate blue buckram, with black title label to front panel and bright gilt title lettering, this hardcover rebind is VG. (X11)/100pp+18pp Local Adverts. Also, Three folding maps, one of South Coast Railway, one of Seaford Bay Housing Development Company Plan, showing planned new build, and one of local topography. New grey endpapers, odd scattered foxing spots, book undated, small chip missing from fore-edge of one adverts page prior to text, and minor damage to bottom margin edge page 11and 12 (very minor) ; one map has small closed tear along fold: otherwise all Vg for date.
