Illustrated throughout from photographs and documents. Blue cloth, paper cover label. 68 pages. Hand-numbered limited edition of 1000 copies. Scarce first history of this important early club. instituted in 1899. Always challenging, its 1916 Donald Ross gem was the site of Western Golf Association tournaments, later Horton Smith was engaged as head professional. In original blue cloth, front cover clean with paper title label bright and 100% complete. Spine, spine edge and upper 2" of rear cover faded, otherwise a nice clean copy with no bookplate, owner name, underlining, marginalia, soiling, creases or tears. Covers protected in mylar.
