New York: J.S. Ogilvie Publishing Company, 1908. Considered a great classic by the Hungarian playwright Ferenc [Neumann]. This is a novelization of the dramatic production staged by theatrical manager Henry W. Savage (1859-1927). It was wildly popular and had revivals and several film versions. Often in reperatory today. A Near Fine copy of the First Edition. Red cloth binding with ruling and titling in black. Tipped on to the front cover is a photograph of Dr. Millar tipping his tophat. Clean text; 189 pages, with two pages of publisher's adverts in the rear. No dustjacket; in an archival plastic protector. First Edition. Pictorial Cover. Near Fine/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.

Terms of sale
We accept checks and money orders in US Dollars. Credit card orders are accepted through ABE. California residents must add appropriate sales tax (currently 7.25%). Items are returnable for any reason within ten days of receipt (please email or call first before returning item).

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG.
