First edition. Spirally bound paperback. Black and white photographs to covers. Edward Bawden illustrated advert to the inside of rear endpaper. Patterned endpapers, sepia and b/w photographs, 4 pages of coloured maps and engravings in text. Some wear to upper panel and rubbing to edges of covers and along holes for spiral binding, small crease to top corner o/w VG+. SCARCE.
