About the Author

Jerry Harris is a founding member and organizational secretary of the North American Global Studies Association and a member of the International Executive Committee of the Global Studies Association UK. His frequent articles on globalization can be found in âRace and Classâ (London), âScience and Societyâ (New York) and âDas Argumentâ (Berlin). He is co-author with Carl Davidson of Cyber Radicalism: A New Left for a Global Age. Mr. Harris is professor of History at DeVry University, Chicago.
