Appears as new, unopened and unread, very good clean tight sound square, clean crisp corners and edges, well held in joints and hinges, no bookplate, inscriptions or marks of any kind. Beautifully bound in bright gilt rules and lettered and blue clothbacked boards, featuring coloured marbled decoration to both. Housed and protected in original white slipcase with single small gentle smudge. With the Folio Society seminal production values; printed on St Pauls Wove, bound by Cambridge University Press in buckram with handmarbled paper sides.
