[The first posthumous abridgment, and the second abridged Jamieson. It is the first edition of Jamiesons work to integrate the Dictionary and Supplement material. Finely rebound - not recently in full calf with raised bands and spine label. No marks or signatures but frontis foxed though tissue guarded.With a 16p catalogiue of A & C Black' works bound in at the end. Appears little used with crisp unmarked text.
