The boards are shelf rubbed, edge worn and discoloured, with light tearing along the edges of the spine, but they remain strong and sturdy. Internally, there are stamp markings on the title and preface pages and scattered throughout, but there are no other markings or inscriptions, and the pages within are neat, crisp and complete.
