First 100 copies were in black and white wraps that measure 5.8 X 8 in.; next 900 copies in sepia tone wrap measuring 6 X 8.5 in. An excellent examination of the archaeological digs in 1984 and 1985 at eh Custer Battle field after a prairie fire ran through the national monument in 1983. The author served as the press agent for the archaeological teams durin g both summer digs and shares his inside experiences there. Chapter 1 is an excellent battle overview by historian and Little Big Horn scholar Brian Pohanka. Excellent.
