From the Back Cover
"Singleton's edition of the Divine Comedy will certainly be the edition for readers in English. The translation is much the most satisfactory one I know. The commentary is the most complete and authoritative in English. It is clear that Singleton's work on the Inferno supersedes everything else of the kind."--Francis Fergusson

Shipping terms
SHIPPING UPDATES and INFORMATION. Please read!
For DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Recent USPS increases for media mail will make shipping larger, heavier books more expensive. We will contact you if additional shipping funds are necessary. However, it is almost certain that purchases of art books, photography books, and other large volumes and coffee table size books, will be impacted by these changes.
For INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: It is nearly impossible to provide an accurate shipping quote for international orders without checking rates first. I will check UPS and USPS and provide you with the best and most economical rate and then adjust the shipping cost when I process orders. Feel free to contact me first to check rates before ordering or other details.
