FIRST EDITION hardcover, sewn-bound in blue cloth, with silver lettering on front cover and spine, is in FAIR condition, having slight warp to covers with much wear to surface; this was once owned by a prominent Los Angeles mystic of the early to mid 20th Century, who madae it a habit to paste parts of the dust jacket into the pages of the book, and we such evidence in the first endpaper section; also the owner made frequent underlinings, as he apparently used this copy in his lectures. There are also hand-written pages by him inserted into the text; the mystic's name and address sticker are on the first free endpaper along with a gift dedication in ink from his wife; there is some staining to pages and inserted pamphlets.
