Navy blue cloth boards and spine with gold lettering on the spine and front board. 148 pp 8vo.This book has been written for the benefit of division officers, who constitute the foundation upon which a ship's organization in built. This book is not a detailed study of each task to be performed by a division officer, but more a summary of what must be accomplished on board ship in the management of a strong, effective unit of men.
