Do-It: Issue #1. Edited by Matt Schulman and featuring contributions from d.a. levy, Allen Ginsberg, D.R. Wagner, Randy Rhody, John Giorno, and Clarence Major. There were apparently two simultaneous printings of this scarce piece, one by d.a. levy in Cleveland with a limitation of 150 and another by Matt Shulman in Omaha with a limitation of 1,000. The collector this was purchased from received this from levy himself, but it appears that the two printings were identical, thus I can't make out any priority. Furthermore, no copies can be located in OCLC. Cleveland: 7 Flowers Press, 1966. Near fine in original stapled wraps showing light shelfwear and a crease to top right corner of the front wrap. A scarce journal (no copies on OCLC) featuring work of ginsberg, Levy, Major, Norton, Shulman, Rhody and more. Twelve mimeograph sheets printed on recto with yellow side-stapled wrappers. Cover illustration by d.a. Levy. Two apparently simultaneous printings one by d.a. levy 7 Flowers Press of 150 copies and another by Matt Shulman Do-It Press of a 1000 copies, stated on 2nd last page. It is unclear which edition this is, possibly 2nd printing? Advertised as " Copies for free on request or 50c if you can afford it" some minor wear to wrappers, some of the mimeograph sheets, showing poor printing and fading, but as issued.
