First edition. No additional date, edition or printing indicated. Near fine hardback in very good plus, if not near fine dust jackeet ($13.95). Book has a light, if not very light 2.5 inch by 1/4 inch damp-stain along lower fore-edge of front free endpaper; and a light , if not very light 1/2 inch by 1/4 inch bump to lower fore-edge corner of rear cover. Dust jacket has a 1/2 inch by 3/8 inch chip to top edge of front panel at spine fold; a 1.5 inch closed tear to top edge of rear panel; moderate, if not minor wear to front fore-edge fold; minor shelf wear/rubbing to front and rear panels; and minor, if not trivial wear to spine tips, corners and edges. Only trivial additional signs of age/wear/previous use to book and dust jacket.

We require payment up front in the form of cash, credit card, PayPal, or money order. Please contact us by phone or email with any questions regarding payment. We do not invoice indivuals. Money orders will be held for 5 business days or until funds clear. Customer pays reasonable shipping/insurance. Orders are returnable with persmission, but refunds apply only to cost of book and tax (in CA), not to shipping. Sales tax will be charged where applicable.

Orders usually ship within 4 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. We may also need to request extra shipping charges for overseas orders, depending on weight and destination.
