First edition and first printing. Softcover. 345 pages. Published in conjunction with a major show that ran May 20 through July 29, 1990 at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. Features text by Nan Rosenthal, Ruth E. Fine, Marla Prather, and Amy Mizrahi Zorn. Includes 340 illustrations of which 140 are in color with 5 gatefolds. A very good copy in wrappers with some bumping to the bottom front corner and some other very minor wear. Internally a clean copy.
