4to. Stab-stapled. Unpaginated (28pp. printed on rectos only). No publication details given, but published by Larry Fagin. Illustrated and lettered by Brainard, and printed entirely in facsimile holograph. Very Good overall, the blank back cover rubbed superficially, the front much less so, with slight scuffing near the staples, the fore edge moderately toned. This copy has the ownership inscription of John James.
