FINE book, no DJ. 1st edition. Half title page states, "First published in 1922". Folio, lv,378pp, followed by a one page ad. Country Life logo above "First published in 1922" statement. FEW MINOR FLAWS: Owner's name neatly inked or stamped, dated Feb 16, 1924, inside cover. Extrems with minor wear and bumping. NO OTHER FLAWS. Boards in light blue linen, spines in dark blue buckram. Marbled eps. AEG and as bright & golden shiny AS NEW, even the top edge. Other than owner's name, all inside AS NEW, VERY FINE. No weak hinges or loose leaves. No aging, soiling, foxing or other stain or discoloration. Nor any glue browned pastedown gutter lines. FINE book, no D/J. 1st edition. Seller Inventory # 001273
