Book size about 5 1/2 by 8 inches with some 235 pages including an extensive Index. Bound in dark green cloth with silver lettering on front cover and spine. Numerous illustrations throughout. In the Preface the author declares the book to be a simply and accurately worded guide for the optometrist. Book rear cover with severe evidence of previous damp exposure; chip near the spine top; corners bumped. Interior is clean and clear. GOOD.
