This stamped st top of title page ROUGH DRAFT and written at bottom ROUGH DRAFT FEB 1997. For that reason have listed it as first edition. I do not know if it was in fact ever published. As a draft the pages are unpaginated and pages privately printed with b&w illustrations. first 2 pages loose. In 3 ring binder. Pages in very good clean condition. Because of the type of binder heavy item and post and packing may be more than quoted by abe.
