Hard Cover. First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. ISBN:0-89256-293-5. This large hardcover with a good dustjacket focuses on what to eat to get yourself as healthy and able to deal with stress and challenges as possible. The book is in good condition with only minor wear. There looks to be several tooth marks on the lower outer corner (really!!!!) like someone decided to eat the book. The rest of the book is great. The dustjacket has only minor wear. The beige and red hardcovers have the same bite marks but the rest looks near new. The spine is quite tight. The pages are white and clear of marks. 342 pages with a detailed index.

WE accept CHECKS, POSTAL & COMMERCIAL MONEY ORDERS, and ECOMMERCE through ABEBOOKS.COM. We will hold checks for up to seven working days to ensure validity and ship immediately thereafter. We do not at this time accept any credit cards at the store. All payments must be in American dollars. We accept returns of books within 10 days of receipt but only if the book is not as described.

Shipping charges are kept to a minimum and reflect the buyer's request (either media rate or priority). U.S. Media rate (7-15 days) $2.50 1st book and $1.00 each additional. U.S. Priority rate (3-6 days) $5.50 1st book and $2.50 each additional. Please inquire via e-mail about international rates. International first class rate is used whenever possible. Insurance is available and advisable for $1.50 - $2.00 and U.S. Postal tracking for orders within the US is available for $1.50. We provide free postal tracking on domestic mail on orders over $5.00. MEDIA MAIL RATE POSTAGE IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $100.00!
