First edition stated, first printing. x, 222 pp. Bound in publisher's original navy blue cloth with gilt lettering on spine. Near Fine with light rubbing to cloth at corners and spine ends and paged tanned. In a Very Good+ unclipped ($2.00) dust jacket with staining confined to the rear flap fold, toning and light rubbing, and light crimping to the top edge of the front panel. The scarce first appearance of a modern classic of libertarian economic thought. It has been hailed by Ron Paul and called a "magnificent job of theoretical exposition" by Ayn Rand.
