Return postage is refunded only if book is returned insured. Books containing CDs or DVDs, whether opened or not opened, may not be returned. We do not offer Dealer discounts and cannot drop-ship.

All Books are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap before being sealed in waterproof bubble mailers. Our rates for Priority or Expedited shipping does not include the use of boxes due to the extremely high cost of mailing. Customers insisting on boxes will be charged for extra postage at current postal rates and any approval for such increase must be authorized though ABE before the books can be shipped .
