28.5 x 21 cm., 24 pp. Welding Research Council Bulletin Series No. 69. Three papers on stresses in tanks : experimentally determined shell-to-head junction stresses for certain thin-shell pressure vessels; wrinkling of knuckle areas of torispherical and ellipsoidal heads having relatively large diameter to thickness ratio; on amendments to codes relating to maximum allowable compressive stresses taking account of orthogonal tensile stresses. The pages are stapled at the fold to green card covers with black lettering on the front. CONDITION. VG-. The pages and cover are clean except for a brown stain in the middle of the hinge. The staples are starting to rust. Owner's name on front cover.
