Following the death of John Harlin on the Eiger, one of a British-American team that included Haston, Eiger's team and a German team decided to team up as a memorial to Harlin and finish their climbs together. This is Haston's account (Gillman is a writer). With black and white and color photographic illustrations. Very good condition in good jacket that is price clipped top and bottom, and two small dark spots top of dust jacket flap and first blank endpaper. (see photos). Seller Inventory # 001056
