This beautiful hardcover book on heart health has a shiny dustjacket and is in excellent condition with very little wear. The dustjacket is mostly white with a dark blue sidebar and red lettering and the dustjacket has only very minor wear and looks great. The white and blue hardcovers with gold lettering on the spine look and feel new. The spine is very tight. The pages are white with little wear and no marks except a personal greeting and date on the first page and a line across the bottom edges of the pages. 18 chapters in eight "steps": Playing the inner game of cardiac recovery; Getting to know your heart; Getting back into the swing of life; Building a strong heart and body; Quitting those cigarettes; Enjoying a heart-healthy diet; Beating the blood pressure blues; and Mastering medications. Insurance is available and advisable for $1.50 - $2.00 and U.S. Postal tracking for orders within the US is available for $1.50. We provide free postal tracking on domestic mail on orders over $5.00.
