First edition two volume hardback, set, 1937, with no jackets. In overall very good used condition with only minor signs of age, handling and storage - boards slightly bumped to a couple of corners but remain generally clean and crisp. Bindings tight and appear almost unread. Internally clean, no annotation or inscriptions; light toning to page-ends but text, diagrams and illustrations (some folding) bright and clear throughout.
