About this Item

The brown leather cover has the title in gilt on the spine on a black leather paste down. The corners and spine ends are bumped and shelf worn, there are scratches to the back and front covers and the covers are soiled; the edges are marbled. The endpapers are aged, wrinkled from glue and have a former owner's name; there is foxing. The interior is aged with foxing, some corners bent, but no writing. I found a lottery ticket from Tenn. dated 1927, which will be included with this book.
