Ex Libris: Vic McNeel, State College of Pennsylvania, with vintage ownership stamp. Lightly annotated by the student, adding vintage charm. A scarce early textbook on the science of photogrammetry, covering aerial surveying and measurement techniques foundational to civil engineering and cartography.
