Substantial 8vo, dark green cloth with gilt titles to spine - square and tidy, minimal wear only. 445pp. Tight, bright and clean with no markings or inscriptions, scarcely any toning and free of foxing. In a somewhat tatty dustwrapper, unclipped (30s net), repaired with white labels verso and with small losses (one larger, to top left front), rear panel with list of other related books - soiled, with loss to top right. Spine panel with small loss to head, rubbed at edges, otherwise smooth and very legible, all lettering intact. Now protected with clear, removable sleeve. A classic work, with a huge number of tricks formerly contributed in other formats by magicians worldwide, here edited and revised by the acknowledged master of card magic, Jean Hugard.
