Good book only in brown half leather covers with brown finely stippled buckram to boards; gilt titles to black leather panel on a six bayed spine with raised bands; decorative motif in black to the centre of bays; front cover detached; edges of title panel chipped as is the leather from the lower half of the lower bay. Internally very good and free of inscriptions; binding tight; some foxing spots to early and later pages but usually faint and never obtrusive whilst most of the text is clean and clear; decorative marbled end papers; all edges marbled; 540pp. A scarce item.
