First self- published in 1855 with updated editions being published until twelve poems turned into over 400 poems. This is a smart little copy with lovely cover-art and an unbroken spine. Old price label to front. Clean, bright contents. 'Erewhon' is Samuel Butler's novel set in a fictional country and a satire on Victorian values, for instance the sick are treated as criminals criminals are given sympathy. Not exlib and packed and sent with care.
