Freelance travel photographer Frerck often relies on a golden dawn or pink sunset to illuminate the highly detailed and richly colored vistas--a vineyard in the Pyrenees, an Andalusian village embraced by ancient mountains, a Castilian plain. Frerck's dancing children, serene shepherds and smiling elderly peasants in traditional dress seem untouched by adversity.
