An interesting work on the possibility of war that was being debated in 1727, as Spain declared the nullification of the Treaty of Utrecht's provisions in relation to Gilbitrar, on the grounds that Britain had violated it's terms. Collated, bound without plate as called for by the ESTC. Written by Daniel Defoe. Rebound in paper wraps. Externally, smart. A small amount of edgewear to the wraps. Internally, firmly bound.
