Experiencing LeaderShift Application Guide (Book & DVD)

Fueled by the drive to be bigger and better, today's church has adopted principles and practices created by the corporate world. The result is a toxic mix of the spiritual and the secular, where success is measured in numbers and pastors are encouraged to become CEO superstars.  Experiencing LeaderShift offers insight into some of the heresies churches have mistakenly embraced.

The Experiencing LeaderShift Application Guide is a groundbreaking resource for transforming a leader and their ministry. Now experience how this powerful tool can impact your life, leadership, and the ministry you are building.

This Application Guide is designed to turn vision into action. Equipping others is more than a biblical concept, it's God's calling for every leader. Included is a dynamic six-session DVD that teaches you to think and act like an equipping leader. It is formatted as an individual self-study or as a leader-led training process. Either way, you'll discover:

• Biblical Foundations for leading as God intended
• God's Plan for His Church: equippers and servers-not users
• The Equipping Process-a leadership development strategy
• Calling-the power of a personal invitation
• Connecting-the process by which an outsider becomes an insider
• Coaching-putting more in than you take out
• Changing-leading others to a new vision

Fulfill your calling to be a leader who equips others for the work of service. Lead using the gifts God has given you. Experience God's blessings as you carry out His work, His way.
