About the Author
John M. Logsdon was Director of the Space Policy Institute of GeorgeWashington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs, where he isalso Professor Emeritus of Political Science and International Affairs. Heholds a B.S. in physics from Xavier University and a Ph.D. in political sciencefrom New York University. He has been at George Washington Universitysince 1970, and previously taught at The Catholic University of America. He isalso a faculty member of the International Space University.
