Sub-title page removed. 207 pages, 36 b/w photos, one plan A popular history of passengers services connecting NZ's North and South Island via Cook Strait from 1875 to the 1960s, with a postcript regarding the 1968 Wahine wreck which occurred after the manuscript was in the printer's hands.
