Item description from seller

UNCOMMON FIRST EDITION in dark green cloth with gilt titling on spine, untrimmed right-hand pages, plates (listed), index, 210pp. Very Good with moderate wear. This is an ex-library copy but without most of the usual markings - it has reference markings on the copyright page and a presentation bookplate on the front pastedown to the Medical Society of the City and County of Denver. It has a reference sticker on the spine, but no library card. From the Goldstein collection, Denver, Colorado. Impressive plates. May require additional postage due to weight.
