Illustrated with 18 black and white captions photos, including "Birdseye View of Portland with Mt. Hood in the Distance', four photos of winning floats in the parade, the large fish trap in the Columbia Gorge near Cascades, and "Astoria, Oregon, 'The City by the Sea'." Also included is the Rose Festival Program and Reduced Excursion Fares to the Rose Festival on the Oregon-Wahington Railroad & Navigation Company Southern Pacific Company (Lines in Oregon) from various points (Chicago, St. Louis, Memphis, Omaha, Salt Lake City and the like. Also listed are fares on the Southern Pacific Lines in Oregon from Western and Southern Oregon, Oregon, Eastern Washington and Idaho, Southern Idaho (on the Oregon Short Line), and California (on the Southern Pacific). Stapled booklet in color pictorial wrappers printed in green with a two large red roses on the front cover. Some wear to extremities, half inch tear to leading edge of several pages with nothing missing, some rust on the staples, spine edge slightly rubbed, outer panels slightly soiled, else very good to near fine with no internal markings--all in all in remarkably good condition given its age and fragility.
