Green, cloth, hardback book, with gilt titles on the spine. The book is in really good condition for its age. Normal wear and marks apply consistent with use and age. Some very slight foxing and shelf-life wear to the end of the pages. A couple of small marks to back of the cover. 356 pages, all intact, all pages, text and illustrations are in really good, clean, readable order. No jacket. First published in 1950. A nice list of all the flat racing classic winers of its time, at the rear of the book. A truly fascinating read and definitely a book worth preserving future generations.
