Washington, D.C.: Privately Printed 1950. First Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. Green cloth with gold gilt lettering, 116 pages, illustrated with black-and-white photographs and drawings. Biography of a man who had a "carreer as Secretary and as Dean of Columbia, as Assistant Secretary of War, and then with the Regional Plan of New York under the Russell Sage Foundation, with the Red Cross and the International Chamber of Commerce in France, and as President of the Carnegie Corporation". All items are subject to prior sale, Items sold on a first come first served format. I offer a no hassle return policy as per ABE books Rules. All books are shipped cheapest way possible unless otherwise instructed by the customer. Any questions feel free to call or e-mail between 9am and 5pm EST time.
