"A Fable" by William Faulkner. First edition, first printing as stated on the copyright page. Published by Random House, New York, 1955. With its original first issue jacket, with the $4.75 price and code 8/54 on the front flap. The dust jacket is in very good plus to near fine condition. Minor edgewear to the extremities, with a small closed tear at the top left of the rear panel. The book is in near fine condition. Boards have been very well preserved by the dust jacket. Former bookseller price and inventory number written in pencil partially erased on the half-title page. Please view the many other rare titles available for purchase at our store.
