Foolscap8vo, title, chromolithograph frontispiece, chromolithograph title, 224, 24 p. Six full-page plates including the frontispiece and title complete by Kate Greenaway. Original bevel-edge brown cloth, lettered and decorated gilt, decorated black. Some splitting to the cloth of the joints, light cracking between a front blank and the half-title, one leaf is detached with slightly frayed edges, copperplate ownership on the recto of the frontispiece, fore-corners rubbed otherwise a good plus copy. First edition. Printed at the Royal Ulster Works.
