With the added bonus of the signature of a recorded student at Ipswich Female Seminary , Hannah. E. Bancroft. This early American school for the secondary and tertiary education of young women was famous in its day, and one of its vice principals went on to found Mt. Holyoke College, the oldest of the Seven Sisters Colleges. The text itself went through numerous editions, but this is the !st, complete with 13 full page engravings.
