Fine: tight and square binding in sharp red cloth; bright gilt; toning to the top-edge of the page block and a couple of short corner creases, else very crisp and clean. The unclipped dustwrapper (18/- net stated) is Very Good+: notably bright and clean, with vivid colouring; slight toning to the spine; rubbed with tiny chips to the spine tips and corners, and with some old tape reinforcement to the verso; presented in a removable, archival-quality Brodart protective cover.
