Dust-jacket designed by J Z Anderson, with printed price of 4s. 6d. net to front flap. Textblock toned, some spotting to top edge. Cloth a little rubbed. Dust-jacket shows well, some spotting, chips, tears and creases. Very good. A death occurs in rural Lancashire during the Second World War, Inspector MacDonald of the Yard investigates.
