First edition - Colonial. Green linen with spine and cover lettered and decorated in black. Colonial edition since this has the "For sale abroad" design in blind on rear. Frontispiece by A. C. Michael. Scott 68: Whatmore F44. London: Ward, Lock, and Co. (1917), 320 pages. A nice Fine copy with slightly bumped tips, and soft spine ends. Small bookstore sticker on rear pasted down.
