Offered is Firing Line Program Transcript No. 20 published in 1971 by the Southern Educational Communications Association (SECA) out of Columbia, South Carolina. A left-stapled transcript measuring 5-3/4" by 8-1/2" and containing 24 pages including front and rear covers. The transcript number, in order of telecast, was compiled and maintained by SECA commencing with the program's move to the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) in 1971 although the number does not appear in the issue. This is the transcript of the Firing Line program taped at the BBC in London, England, on July 30, 1971 and telecast on PBS on October 10, 1971 (not October 31 as indicated in the transcript). Hosted by William F. Buckley, Jr., the topic was "Pornography English Style"; the guests were Mrs. Renee Short (Member of Parliament) and Mr. John Selwyn Gummer (Member of Parliament); the student participants were Helene Middleweek, Peter Riddell, and Roger Evans, all from Cambridge University.
