The transcript number, in order of telecast, was compiled and maintained by SECA commencing with the program's move to the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) in 1971 although the number does not appear in the issue. This is the transcript of the Firing Line program taped in New York City on November 28, 1972, and originally telecast on PBS on December 3, 1972. Hosted by William F. Buckley, Jr., the topic was "Political Financing"; the guest was Robert Strauss, former Treasurer of the Democratic National Committee. The panelists, all from Villanova University, were Dan Regan, Assistant Professor of Philosophy; Gerald Walsh, Assistant Professor of Economics; and Oliver Ludwig, Assistant Professor of Chemistry.
